Book a TableWe're a stone's throw from Newlyns Farm Shop and Bartley Heath Pottery, located in Bartley Heath, North Warnborough. Our cosy country pub is a perfect destination for a lovely walk from either Hook or Odiham - we're dog-friendly too; our staff always look forward to making new furry friends, often with the persuasion of treats!
For those fanatic about heritage, we're also a lovely walk along the canal from the tranquil Odiham Castle (King John's castle), not to mention our own building's heritage.
We have fantastic local connections that allow us to bring you the peak of what Odiham and the surrounding areas have to offer, including local ales from Andwell Brewery and Hogs Back (in addition to some popular classics).
Our fantastic selection of international and pub-favourite dishes - often which use locally sourced ingredients - are tailored to the enjoyment of the wonderful community that supports us every single day. Through whatever life throws - encouraging a smile is what we do best!

About Us
We're a family-owned gastropub in Hook that specialises in international delicacies and fantastic drinks.
Our building has been passed down for many generations, through owners and breweries and, throughout all of the time that the building has stood, one thing has remained the same - the quintessential love for good food and drink.
From some long lost heritage to a roadhouse and beyond, The Derby Inn, formerly known as The Lord Derby, has been a hotspot for travellers and locals alike. Even whilst some of the details are lost in the past - they're evident in the current details still from the decorations' intricacies to the basic structural foundation.
Despite the somewhat olden circumstances, the rural restaurant gleams with modern niceties including heated outdoor booths, music throughout, icy cool refreshment options, free encrypted WiFi and modern payment options.
Tying in nicely with the local community, we offer a splendid range of locally-sourced ales in addition to a fine selection of crowd-pleasing beers that all pair perfectly with out dishes - which, too, are built from the ground-up supporting local produce.
